Posts: 40Sheer economics. $20 for a BBBJCIM is a milkshake that would bring a lot of boys to the yard.

She probably does pull that many when she has the wig on. Without it she looks like unkempt Curly from the 3 Stooges. In the video she said she mainly gets picked up by hispanic and black guys, so it's possible she can get that much attention.

Posts: 1529Agree! But I do believe the ones that are interviewed in Orlando on OBT. Orange Blossom Trail. They walk 24/7. The street is miles and miles of walkers and a endless supply of local and vacationing customers year round. Some just support their habit but there are some that do pretty well. Raleigh / Durham. Doubt it.

Posts: 743There's no way none of what she said in that interview was true. I find it hard to believe 10 let alone 30 damn men will stop for her in one day. I've seen her walking around and I can guarantee she goes days sometimes weeks and not get dates.

Posts: 40Says she is turning tricks for as low as $20, and doing anywhere from 10-30 PER DAY. Wow. I can't even imagine what the bath water looks like after one of her days. Or what is growing on her toothbrush. So sad man. Drugs are a level of evil that most of us can not even comprehend. I hope that all of the girls in this situation get at very least a little better situation than street hooking.

Guy has a whole channel of interviewing homeless people and SWs, many of which in Raleigh. Here's Star's interview:

Posts: 47This is an attempt to cash in because you 100% miss the shots you don't take. The time period is eight years ago. "Should have known sex trafficking was going on" is subjective based on their reasoning. These lower end motels see people who regularly fit the descriptions of impaired, malnourished, yelling and make loud noises. Motels have policies that say they don't allow illegal activities on their property. Former employees could be charged but there needs to be audio or video evidence that they knew without any doubt and did nothing or knew and helped facilitate for profit.

Posts: 545Less than a quarter of felonies are reported on, or appear on county mugshot sites. Further, this type of felony usually doesn't result in an immediate arrest. More often it requires warrants and investigation over days and weeks, which means the defendant usually surrenders himself (No mugshot published). We'll have to wait for crime reporting data to know how many busts have occurred under the new law. The NCHTC usually is the one to release this data to the public.

Posts: 1619Anything can happen, but it does seem like enforcement is not a huge priority since I think police have much more legitimate issues to deal with, thankfully. They know most hobbyists are just trying to get off and have a little fun and it's no crime. But of course stay as vigilant and be as careful as possible. The offerings are definitely at a low point, but prices have come down a bit due to this whole situation, among other factors, I think. I tend to stick with the long term UTRs or just girls I know are totally legit. I might take a leap on something that looks amazing, but there's not much of that turning up anyway.

NC is deader than a doornail, and the quality isn't worth the risk. The new plan? Club-hopping like a pro, it works for me most of the time and its not that difficult to arrange a 'meet' outside the club. I've 'one-and-done' rule, which keeps every experience a thrilling new expedition.

Posts: 285I'm still MUCH more cautious. The risk is now insanely high.

More likely to have fun out of the state or try something without clear financial quid pro quo.

Posts: 219New law, a year later
So how do we feel about the laws that changed last year around the hobby?
I've seen news of the bust in Fayetteville at a hotel. A few more individuals caught here and there. But nothing major really.
Would that all be par for the course for you guys? Not sure I can say there was any major uptick.
Still being cautious, gone out of state for the hobby more. Anyone I've dreamed of in town has been someone I've dreamed with a few times before.
How about you guys? Just want to read the room.

Posts: 545So, I've dug into this one a bit more. Yes, you are correct that he was observed picking her up. He was pulled over for a moving violation (the easiest probable cause for a stop). He first denied everything, but they separated the provider and convinced her to admit everything. Then they confronted him about this information, and he claimed that he was a preacher doing a good deed, giving her money for food. Her admission was enough to charge him, eventually. His admission that he actually offered her money will make it virtually impossible for him to escape conviction, and enabled him to be arrested at the scene. He thought this story was going to get him off, but it's what got him cooked. Note that Wake has one of the highest felony conviction rates in the state, so your attorney is already starting behind the eight ball here. Always remain silent. There's one huge additional reason to remain silent. If you admit enough that the cops can charge you immediately, you're going to county, where they're going to take your mugshot (and in this case WRAL found that booking mugshot). If they don't believe they don't yet have enough evidence to charge you immediately, they will probably not be arresting you immediately. Note that the scariest defendant to cops is the one who invokes their right to remain silent. What this means is that the detectives will be pulling warrants for devices, etc over the course of a couple weeks to try to prove the case. Your attorney will be challenging every step, and simultaneously be making arguments about the strength of your defense to try to scare off prosecutors (and no junior prosecutor wants to charge a case they could lose in a high conviction rate county. That's just a poor career decision). When / if you are charged, your attorney will likely already have a pre-negotiated bond, which means you will go to the Police Station to have your mugshot taken and be printed and then released from there, or transported directly to the court for a quickie arraignment and immediately released. Your attorney will time this so that you surrender yourself at the PD at just the right time to make your arraignment. You will not appear on Wake County's mugshot site, because PD mugshots aren't released. The news stations may very well miss the case entirely, and if they do find it, they'll be airing it without your picture (like the Durham cop that was recently busted for solicitation). This is how the privileged get arrested, and not having everything blasted out into the world may keep some of the parts of your life intact. A sad truth that every attorney knows about our Justice System. County mugshot sites are just the public shaming of people with no money or resources. If you're smart you'll avoid that shame.

Posts: 54Dire times. SB / SD route might be the only 'safe' way to go to circumvent these draconian new laws.
