So in one of my runs I finally see young brunette Kiera closer to 70 not on Central which she usually has been. Get her attention but theres a parked cruiser just watching on one of the side streets. Taylor has been in the game for a while. I hadn't seen her around for quite a while, but have seen her walking all over the Hilltop these past few weeks.
