They've been hit up by LEO the last 2 weeks. They keep coming back but girls keep disappearing. Be cautious.

Hey all. I like to keep a tab on the Chester Rd Asians just in case nothing else pans out. I've always gotten a response from the manager about the girl (though most the time false just to get you in the door). I think they also run the hotel across the highway. I got a text from them about 7, when I responded I was given usual info on donation and time. When I asked how late I got a "No girls" message. I've never seen Chester not have someone there. Even at times moving to hotel down the road. No one. At Chester or hotel. With no info on when they may be back. Just odd to me.

I have not had time but it is on my list. While the update on google is BS, it is a clear indication that it is an AMP.

Is Sunflower out of business? I saw a few posts about them a little while back. I live real close to the shop and have noticed that the usual "open" sign is not on. I don't see anyone parked in front anymore. What's the scoop?

My (NON-EXPERT) understanding is that solicitation becomes a felony in Ohio if the person doing the soliciting knowingly had HIV. So while I agree that LEO is not above using scare tactics, I would think they actually have a good reason to test everyone arrested. Are they sharing the actual correct results? Diving into court records for these ladies may shed some light.

You can roll the dice and FAFO.
It works both ways. I'm not taking their side by no means but if the right attorney felt what they released was false information, I could see a lawsuit. Lawsuits happen over the dumbest things and this would rank right up there but it happens everyday.

I wouldn't trust anything LEO puts out in a press release, them putting out false information as a scare tactic is just a likely as those women testing positive.

What entails actual 'trafficking' can be interpreted differently. Soliciting is still a plain-vanilla misdemeanor in most states. Trafficking is a good juicy felony. I encourage everyone to read around on what can be considered "trafficking. " It's rarely as cut and dry as movies and the news would have you believe. It's often whether or not they can make the charge stick given the circumstances.

Worth pointing out that some states just decided to show their hand entirely on this and make solicitation a felony. Be extra careful mongering in Texas and North Carolina as a first time solicitation charge is now a full-blown felony. It would be interesting to know if those states are still performing ops to try and fight "trafficking", and also interesting to see if the trafficking charges have dropped as the number of solicitation charges has risen. Supposedly other states are mulling over adopting this same strategy. Know before you go.
Sakura always seems to dodge this stuff and keep their nose clean. That being said, yes, everyone should keep their eyes open and be operating with an extreme amount of caution given what we know.
