So I'm new to the area but it seems that the Carol's Assistants are never reviewed. Quick search shows last mention being half a year ago. What is the deal there?

I've booked with them a few times. My first experience with a now retired Raphaela Rios who was an 11/10 and every other experience has paled to that first time through no fault of their own.
