So after going to inspa last weekend I decided to try a different place. Ended up going to Ocean spa on 10th St. I guess it was the 13 girl lineup that had me interested. Short answer is you can choose to pay everything up front anywhere you go, but you're definitely giving up a lot of control when you do that and I wouldn't recommend it if you aren't a regular and / or repeating with the same therapist.
