Posts: 223New Hampshire's new law effective January 1, 2026
https://www.wmur.com/article/law-pen...-8625/65618811
"New law imposes stricter penalties for those buying sex in New Hampshire".
"Historically, the victims of the sex trade have faced the worst penalties when caught in prostitution acts. But now, the buyers, who create the demand, will be the focus of the penalties. Those caught buying sex in New Hampshire will face a more serious misdemeanor and be fined $500 when the law takes effect on Jan. 1" (2026).

Hey, been lurking this site for a couple years now. Figured it's time to contribute. I'm worried about LEO reading these post and ruin our fun. I've gone to almost every AMP in NH. What are you looking for LOL.

Posts: 149Scam. They will most likely ask you to send a picture to them ot the card with the number or part of the number. Move on or lie and tell them you have the gift card if you want to know how it works.

Posts: 22Questions on ebay or Amazon cards
I have recently had request to bring half the donation in gift cards and half in cash. I believe this to be a scam but don't know how. They say hand them over after service. Any advice? Should I just ignore them?

Posts: 26I've decided to go monk for a few months, figure things out. In Methuen they want to install license plate readers. So great, instead of Chinese massage parlors it's the Chinese surveillance state. In a few years I'm sure they'll upgrade to facial recognition technology. At that point it becomes guilt by association. If you have any connection to your community, criminal prosecution won't matter if you can be found guilty in the court of public opinion.

As far as anyone knows, just there for some therapy on my back.
They would have to catch you in the act and exchanging money for them to be able to prosecute.
Unless you are stupid enough to discuss services and prices on your phone rather than just making an appointment.
They could use that against you.

Posts: 38It's been on my mind since the NH crackdown. And more so since Methuen. I will be more diligent in where I park from now on. As well as being more cautious than normal regarding entrance / exit visibility. No more street side storefronts or stoplight / corner adjacent places.

Candy recently was graduated to be my new ATF for the "under two hour drive" place. Brattleboro may still be viable, although parking away and walking discretely to the store front will be the new normal. Even there, there has some history of enforcement over the last few years.
Myself, like some others I am sure, have a high end independent UTR (that we visit occasionally. She may become my only periodic relaxation event going forward, albeit at a greatly increased time between visits due to budget pressures.
Times they are a changin'.

It's gotten to the point where the risk does not out weigh the reward. I wouldn't step foot in an AMP in NH right now and after seeing what happened in Methuen. I wouldn't be hitting any spots on the border. If I am going to venture out it would probably be in Boston proper where they have bigger fish to fry. I'm not so much an escort guy but have even been looking more at that, tyrst or Eros. But maybe its just time move on.

Anybody else so discouraged they are ready to throw in the towel on this hobby? I'm mid-60's and been a pretty serious monger for 13-14 years. With all the closings in NH, I was VERY close to venturing down to Methuen (where I have been many times but not in last year) and I just read they had a HUGE bust in that town closing 7 places. Worse, they say they have pics of car plates from at least one place, and they intend to follow up on those. Between nothing being especially close to me now that is still open and the increasing interest of towns to "take action" I am thinking maybe it's been a good run and time to go back to porn and self pleasure. Anyone else looking at this differently? (I do have a SO who would be devastated if the extent of my hobby were known.).

I'm a monger, single and horny guy. If I get in a trouble finding a decent lady sucking my head, I really don't know what to do. Hope to find a nympho Karen whoever can satisfy me in a bar, hotel or car whatever.

So because somebody, somewhere, was allegedly a victim of "human trafficking" (whatever the fuck that means), now everyone who seeks services from consenting adults will be punished, regardless of the circumstances.
Sex is a basic physiological need and it's absence can cause profound and life altering psychological illness. For those of us who are unable to participate in dating culture due to physical and mental handicap, sexual services present the only functional solution for achieving sex. By not only outlawing sexual services, but going out of their way to increase penalties over frivolous pretexts that have no relevance to the vast majority of sex work, the state is showing utter disregard to human rights and welfare to a level that is both baffling and disgusting.

These are those times where mongers need to be thinking with their big head and not the little one. You could very deeply regret it. Your whole life could drown and its not worth a SWBJ or getting your putter pulled.
