This is mostly right. Most hotels and their employees don't give a shit. But some do, especially in light of all the attention being paid to sex trafficking these days. Fortunately, it's still perfectly legal to have a not-for-pay tryst at a hotel, and hotels are still where a lot of perfectly respectable, legal trysts take place, and hotel managers still want that business. They have no way of knowing whether or not you're paying money for the sleazy sex you plan to have in their hotel. As long as the provider is not a druggie who is going to draw unwanted attention by getting in loud fights with her handler / dealer / boyfriend, and as long as nobody gets shot or stabbed, and as long as you look remotely respectable, you almost never have anything to worry about from the hotel people. The pizza box thing is silly and unnecessary.
