Not really. Both Dublin and Pleasanton, forget about it. Maybe Warm Spring in San Ramon but you'll end up stuck with Mia most likely.

Unfortunately, we lived through a golden period. To my knowledge Chinatown has never been the same and with sess ta plus the crackdown right before and right after covid, I think those days are behind us.
