The reason is simple. Some girls are "hot but that is not the problem". I might consider a submissive hot girl to be good service because she and I get along great in bed. The reason I liked Evian when others didn't is that even though I care about Vibe, it is not a dealbreaker for me. Same with tits or ass. 001s are more important than ever. Some girls do not want to bb, but they offer it as a last resort since some customers need it. But many people are now using 001s with great success. Some guys do make an exception to bb a true atf, and when they test the difference it's not much. Especially once you fully hard and getting into it. Here is a copy of a guide I wrote before:

Of course if you actually test positive for a more serious bacteria, get the in-clinic shot which is the gold standard. But pill antibiotics are effective, and there are detailed studies done showing that they are close enough (since some people are allergic to the shot). The most imoportant viruses to deal with are HPV through Gardasil 9 (available 45 years and under) and Hepatitus B. These two vaccines can be booked easily at CVS and other pharmacies. HPV kills three orders of magnitude more people (from cancer) than the other viruses people have to worry about.

Don't get stuck

E-Tier: Below the bare minimum service, usually three red flags. Some combination of lazy as fuck, many restrictions, no skills, bad attitude, GPS. Usually a result of her not knowing her job. E-tier is basically a scammer with extra steps.

Btw, some reviewers are so soft that they will just say this girl is just "bad service" without spelling out how bad. You need to read between the lines.
