Quick question, I could probably take a pretty good stab at it based on the conversations here, but what would be the definition of a "Service Queen" ? Just looking to make sure I know what I'm asking for when booking.

IMO, the focus should be on finding a booker who is professional, courteous, quick-to-respond and works hard to promote the ladies. Their roster in other cities is also a factor, albeit of lesser importance to a majority of clients. Once you find such a booker, stick with them. Don't worry about appreciating the boss, they ultimately benefit already.

For someone new or looking to make a change, I recommend GNS. They are the only booker offering a loyalty program. Next, GET9 and then TopAngels.

I don't know much about CG, except that they have THE biggest roster overall. Someone smart once likened them to the Costco of bookers..Whichever booker you use, go see the lovely ladies and have fun.

About CGLA, they are important if you want to book in LA as you hint at. Get9 also overlaps a lot with them. Three tips I left for OC, the first one about Get9:

One good thing about Get9 and some other bookers is they have some idea which girl you like, based on past girls you've liked. Basic matchmaking. Whereas with other bookers I have known friends get many odd recommendations. D and E Tier girls. It is a black and white difference.

Some bookers are also keeping notes on who has recurring behavior problems. This is an important way to gradually get rid of bottom tier customers who regularly cause girls to quit or get injured. It's always just a few guys ruining it for the rest of us.

Many beginners have told me after starting out that they didn't realize at first what they really wanted. Some had duds their first visit, even though another guy liked that same girl. We all have different standards. The most basic division in taste is looks versus service. For example, if you want a good looking or younger girl versus a more mature and experienced girl. Most guys actually want the latter, especially starting out. So if you truly aren't sure which, it is usually better to start with an experienced service queen. Someone who can take care of you even if you just lay back most of the time. Then when it comes time to bang, you help out. Yes, this is accurate. As I was also saying, a lot of the bookers can help you book girls with other agencies, even if they don't advertise it. I was able to have a lovely threesome with two girls on the get9 site in LA using the SKP booker. I think get9 may be purely a freelance booker but they may also host in other cities, I don't know.

As for the original question, I think it's best to use the a booker who you can leverage in your home city to see girls. Having a good relationship with at least one booker is huge. Since I live in SD, I use SKP for the reasons I already mentioned.

I've used some of the other agencies we have here locally too, but have gotten burned a couple times. Particularly one of the Thai outfits that I think is no longer around.

They are grades. Most people know grades A through F. In Japan, grade S is above A. You've used it all your life, an S means 5.0 GPA. A being 4.0 GPA. To avoid offending less attractive women and their fans, I don't publish anything below B-Tier. Those women are worth seeing especially service hunters looking for skills and the best attitude. Even some C-Tier girls I will repeat due to special service or skills. When rating girls between friends, we are rarely far off. Allie for example I graded her A for looks. 50% of people also rated her A, 25% S (DDG), 25% B overall. No one said she was not good looking, so we are just splitting hairs.

I'll rate girls how I want, I actually don't want to help everyone, just the people who find what I write useful. My grades will only makes sense for people with my taste anyways, so I don't want to trick a service hunter into seeing a HYA for example.
