Yes, 10 am is pretty standard, although sometimes surprised by places that are supposedly open at 9 am. You can check on Google Maps to see the high traffic times, which would give you idea on what hours a place is open. I went to Diamond Professional in Ballard recently, and since we got interrupted by a new customer, she suggested that next time I show up at 8:30 am!

How early is your early? One of the groups has shops that open as early as 8 am. Other than that most of them are 10.
