My question to this group is, if you are not using your real number, are you using a burner phone? I think there's also a way to sign up for another number your phone, but not sure how that works.

I don't share my real number. And if a pro requires it I move on. Because it is a slippery slope I have gotten one of those fake cartel messages and voicemails to my app number.
