There's overall been a dearth of reviews for a while now on here, having to increasingly rely on the booker to see new potential HYAs. I'm no high roller so I can't TOFTT as often but I will never gatekeep and try to give my honest impressions having seen hundreds of girls over the years. This is the power of reviews, one review leads to another. And in a review-rich environment that is hard to fake, because the next one or two reviews will reveal that. Anyone is allowed to review.

I'll talk about a combo of challenges LA has. It's true LA has always had a slightly lower rate of reviews when you subtract Boner, but I think it is simply inherent to LA's very different customer base. A large segment of LA really likes service queens, and a large segment of LA really likes new girls. About the latter, they'll rush to see them sight unseen, blind (day one rush). I used to be like that too, it is kind of fun. But the downside is there is less urgency to review for either segment. Service queens by definition are long-time veterans and tend to stick around, not a lot changes. And the segment who loves the rush of seeing a new girl blind is not going to need reviews by definition either. The fewer reviews the better, no spoilers like watching a movie lol.

You can measure the 'new girl' emphasis each city has by the surge of people who will see any new girl, versus how much interest drops after the first week or two. The surge and drop is much bigger for LA than other cities. Many HYA ahead of time know to go LA "about two weeks" then dip - business is super good at first but no point staying longer unless they love ktown. This is why corgs rotate girls so fast. They are simply giving their customer base what they want. And to be clear, those customers are generally happy with that approach. Being new counts for a lot to some people.

Reviews matter more for HYA hunters. But this 'fast rotation' environment makes it even harder to review a girl before she leaves. These are the obstacles.

In SD, there is one extra incentive that is too obvious to ignore. Like anywhere, most agencies will extend a girl's tour if she is popular and people keep repeating her. This is different than one and done visitors, where interest dies down eventually. Since SD has such a tiny roster (maybe 10 girls compared to LA or OC's 50+), often there are 0, 1, or 2 standout superstars. So when a girl has both looks and service, there is no gatekeeping incentive. She might be the last one for a long time if she leaves. If she doesn't get enough reviews for other guys to research her, she will eventually leave like every other girl.

For this reason, SD has more gatesmashers than gatekeepers. You can see the gap when a kgirl goes from SD to OC versus the OC to SD direction. I've been counting and verifying those reviews for a year. And by verify, I mean with my own body. I'm saying there is hope. My simple advice is that reviews lead to reviews. Don't even worry about what others wrote or think, just give your take. The other thing is, it doesn't help to correct someone's opinion or criticize their review. On subjective things, we aren't supposed to agree. If there are facts like price, location, etc.. then that's different. The best thing about OC reviews is people work together even when they disagree on details.

In SD there were several HYA who were supposed to work 2 weeks but that worked 6. One review led to another, people were repeating and more people joined in with the momentum of reviews. Krissy was kept for several months. Allie was kept for a whole year, she was already supposed to leave near the start of her record tour. The exact same thing happened with Jenny in OC, who is often fully booked. There is now even a Silver Surfer who heralds her return.

Krissy had a record of 33 USAG reviews in a relatively short window. Not counting just any post, but only reviews. This is the way.

None of the girls mentioned are top tier on the usual metrics, but for example a girl like Jenny has no major weakness and has some of everything for looks and service, really good attitude. Her combined score is high, her price is low, she is good value. All of those girls have that in common.

About the Silver Surfer, it's almost time. One Jgirl might be in LA a little over a week later, but probably at a corg like MH. So no hope for me but maybe for you. I wouldn't say spectacular, but I've had so many HYAs while actually living in Asia that it's hard to compare with the slim pickings here. But I'd say she's in her mid-20's.
