I want to say it was $220 when I saw her last year. I enjoyed my visit, but imo if her rates keep increasing, she might not provide enough value, when there are FS providers that host for $300/ hr.

I was there a few weeks ago and the owner / manager had told me she was going to sign a contract for a new space, so I presume their lease was not coming up for renewal. I went back the next week and she asked me if I knew anywhere that was available, so I'm guessing that deal fell through. I haven't heard back from asking if she found a new location.
