Here's my first question. Why didn't NYCSE reuse the Sharloth name, since she's already been known as Sharloth at Fantasies and several Manhattan places? Or even reuse Dakota? Both names are rarely used by NYC MPs while Kylie is a generic name that's used regularly, I can think of at least two other Kylies at other MPs right now. So why rename her?

I've known many girls who changed names, and the reasons vary. Sometimes, the new shop simply doesn't know what her old name was or that she worked other shops locally. Rarely, I've seen a shop not even realize a girl had worked their own shop. Or, the girl herself no longer wants to be associated with her old name for complicated reasons. Other times, the shop doesn't like the name or it breaks the shop's rules. I've only listed 4 example reasons so far, but I know a jgirl who triggered all 4. Of course, her ad photos made it clear enough to regulars. One time, the booker admitted they lost records of a girl's previous name and gave her a new one.

Keep in mind every shop and girl relies on "new face" pull for an automatic share of the customer base. It may not be you or me, but those guys are out there and truly just want a new girl. So a name change is one strategy to give that impression. It's not friendly to us, even though her regulars know it's her.

Recently, some bookers actually updated their own website to reflect an alias (listing both names together). This has become more common the last few months.

I have seen dozens of reasons for rebrands, some ridiculous and dramatic. But it doesn't help us much to know most of those reasons. Of course, some girls rebrand due to bad reviews but that doesn't explain many other cases.

NYC currently has a ridiculously good lineup right now. The lineup is like if you took every #1 draft pick from the last 10 years and put them in the same draft. Or like an Allstar team. Every store has at least 1 girl who would be the queen of NYC 3 or 4 months ago, but they're all here at the same time so they're only the 3rd or 4th best option. I'd say it's a buyer's market right now, but the problem is no guy has enough money or stamina to take on all these girls enough times before they're gone.

Sharloth first worked in Flushing at www.fantasiesnyc88.com in both the spring and fall of 2024, then popped up at various Manhattan MPs earlier this year (I think NYCSE, RS, Osaka and PP). BBFS was an option (several reviews quoted 'CIP for $200'), not sure about anal. I only recall seeing a few reviews, which were neither raves nor terrible.
