Since I negotiated for a triple menu of fs, bb, video, I tended to tip higher. Every girl offered fs, some girls offered bb, and full video is not common while some girls had rules or restrictions. If you read my full TAE / DH guides, it explains that TAE girls sometimes have a blue stamp indicating they are photo friendly. I can't help anyone get into an oppai pub. But if you go straight to Manzoku, they will communicate with shops and know right away which ones will let you in. If within the US, I highly recommend just flying over to NY as the cream of crop of J-Girls are over there. West Coast has slightly elevated prices compared to East Coast.
