It's hit or miss for me when I'm traveling around Minnesota and Eastern. Hmmm, if you're willing to do foot recon, pay people here and there for names, and maybe dress the part, you can find out who they are.

Keep in mind some people get pushy and nosey.

If you hang around these blocks around 9:00 am, you'll find people who you can ask.

- Wait around the 1420 Block of Eastern Ave.

- Walk around the 4910-4915 block of Quarles st NW like even behind the buildings.

- Stand right around Uncle Lee's Liquor around the 1020 block of Eastern Ave and walk through the alleyway.

- Stand around the 5130 Block of Lee St NE.

Again though some people can get pushy and nosey. And that block is filled with extremely strung out women. I personally hate going down there but looks like you photoed 2 dimes in the rough (I've got one of their names, haven't met her, but if I post it publicly it'll blow up my spot).

Hit the loops Friday night around 130 am. Started on West Virginia Ave. Only made 1 pass. Didn't see anything.

Made my way over to 12th and M and spotted a light skinned hunny. Looped back around and asked how are her rates. She asked, what would you like. I replied just curious where your rates start at.

Its insane that in 9 days in between posts nobody mentioned that the cameras were going up at the spot and all that shit. As usual everybody wants intel and seldom report on things. Was out on west va ave, saw a lot of pd out. Things have chamged. They must be trying to clean up one of those shitty appartment spots. The city put up cameras, open one of the parking lot fences and shit at the spot. The girls have shifted and are still a few blocks up and walking to the apartments but that strip was barren yesterday compared to past nights. Saw a sws got blown for six.
