I've never heard about the dirty feet sentiment. It is true Japanese women are not adverse to housework and (temporary) dirty feet are not looked down upon because it's associated with hard work. Hard work is one of the highest basic values there. Obviously when it comes to sex, Japanese women are meticulous about bathing and cleaning. That's different.

When it comes to the top 10% of women in each country, what I find is Korean women are more physically beautiful, Japanese women are more beautiful inside.
