Always use a completely separate browser from your regular one in private mode. There are lots of other tips online you should follow. Once you have set these things up, sit down on google and other people search apps and see if you can search up your information and whether or not it links to your identity. If anyone asks to verify with linkedin, or I'd etc, immediately cross them off your list. You have a lot more to lose in your life than some pussy.

You might have some sleepless nights and residual anxiety, and let's hope that's the extent of her effect on your life. Notwithstanding how scary it might feel to be outed--her power over you, preying on your fear, guilt, or shame, represents her fucked-up desperation--if she alerts your family or your workplace to your sugaring agreement, her leverage is GONE.
