I guess my main question is. How do you ask a street walking to approach the car the right way without incriminating yourself in case she was working for the cops? In milwaukee if you pull over and just look the right way they come to the car.

Well, never incriminate yourself. In Milwaukee they just jump into the car for me no questions asked but I'm a "safe" demographic. In other cities and states it's not that way and you wonder if there is a secret handshake.

Three times in Milwaukee the girl knew I was there but they wouldn't make the first move. I wasn't going to solicit, smelled too much like a sting so I moved on.

My opinion is that you did it perfectly. You never can know what's going on in a hooker's head when she declines a date.
