Hm no and yes. If there was ever a stated upcharge for BBFS, I always end up paying it. It's not something I'd ask for personally because I'm fearful it would ruin that rapport but YMMV I'm sure.

I have gotten BBFS who on paper do not offer it for nothing extra with girls who I've had OTC chemistry with. My ATF My ATF always offered me free BBFS, I never paid her the +100, other friends always had to pay for her, and there was also another girl that I saw 3 times, the first time was just GFE and the other two she did free upcharge, although I wouldn't repeat it, I only saw her 3 times because she did a rebrand and I didn't know.

It's very much a YMMV situation. At the end of the day, as long as the owners / bookers get their cut, they don't really care what the girl charges.
