Do the below at a minimum.

- issue a 2 min rating.

- drag this handle to the top in the "Rank Safety" tab of ratings you have issued. This can only be done on a computer.

Hx won't allow a handle to have too many "very safe" ratings relative to "safe" ratings so based on how many other people did the same as you, your rating will either be "very safe" or not. Also, your rating could change from one category to the other through no further action on your end but based on other people's actions of rating new people or moving people around in their safety list or getting excom'ed / self-ejection, etc. In short, do what you can and don't worry about things outside your control.

Dunno, whatever algorithm they are using it seems to be pretty good, least as far as I can tell.

I always say no to would you lend a grand to someone provider said is 'good for it'.

Then again, I wouldn't lend my sister $1000. Either.
