But at least the way I read your post, (more) reputable providers would first send you to a general area, like an intersection, once you're in the area they'll give you the exact address, and once you arrive there the room number. I don't think I've ever gotten the room or apartment number ahead of time when going to a hotel or apartment. And 95% of the gals I've seen were not a scam. And we are talking ~200 over 20 years. It's highly unusual for a provider to offer that info before you arrive.
