You're asking the right questions. If you have HX, I would try different agencies and see what they say. Try screening with SDAG. Sometimes it is a per-girl limit. No idea, Xo has had some good girls and they seem to all be bb-special like at SKP (Get9 Top SAG). But it's true that many girls who show up in SD you can search for them in OC or LA.
