The One Party Consent is for recording phone conversations, not sexual activity. If you have a girl to your house, and you record you two having sex, that is illegal. You would need her consent to do that. I would expect the law would be the same for the girl recording sexual activity.

If someone records sexual activity (photos or video) in a room where someone has a "reasonable expectation of privacy" then it is illegal, and that person could be charged if they show it to anyone else.
