Look, it only work as PPM. That way neither the SD gets burned by baby taking money and not seeing the SD and SB don't feel obligated to do things the SD wants but she doesn't. Works both ways and you need to have game to negotiate ppm as an allowance. Meaning she understands is an allowance given in parts.

You are on your own and there is no way you can enforce anything. You have to trust them.

In practice most arrangements with an allowance don't end nicely.

That's why you stick to PPM most of the time.
