The LV thumbs down was from a known reviewer, and he clearly saw Baby Arin. In fact, he called her smoking hot he just didn't get the service or vibe that he wanted. I can see that possibility, whereas if someone said she was and old woman or had no skills then we'd be puzzled if he just got B+S:

It's impossible to speculate on what happened. This goes to the nature of what intel really is, it's just what one person saw and experienced.
