I'll start by saying it depends on the org the most. The Thai org has been pretty good about ads, if it's a MILF they will actually dare to post MILF photos. Those girls tend to have good service naturally. They do use some fake photos for privacy or as placeholders, so make sure to use HX where you can scroll through all their ads.
