I have no experience with anal (other than the occasional girl informing me I'm trying the wrong hole). But I remember AnalKnight telling how the pros in Japan would use a numbing cream to do it. AnalKnight actually found the girl from a 2019 ISG review, then saw her in 2025! No idea which gels work well or not since I have not tested them, but just an example of the many products claiming to help with it. I suppose it's not a big investment to test out to find one that works well.
