I don't know the details but if what you clarified is true, that is good for both guys and girls. If true, many girls will not make it and will drop their price. It goes both ways here. We saw Barbie drop her price back to 360 the moment her name change was called out. And to be clear, that fix saved the booker and boss a lot of problems because customers who walk in on a rebrand without knowing are unhappy paying customers. Loyal customers. In business this is called overbranding. Too many 300-350 girls priced 370-410 at SBC, too few Freesias. OG korgs understand when customers are paying a lot of money, you make them happy. When you have premium prices, make sure they are premium girls.

I have said before the biggest problem is if they take unknown girls and set random high prices on them. This hurts the agency, the girls often turn out bad. Just say "Thank you for booking her again even at her at her new price. She is getting fully booked, we had no choice. But that was thanks to your support, so just this one time you get the old rate today". That is smart business because that repeat guy was the whole reason she is successful. You'll get his money back again anyways. He is a true fan if he's still with her - he voted for her as worth it. You want that guy to do it again for the next HYA next month btw. But keep it fair, a one-time discount only or there will be drama. It is fair because every customer in his situation gets the same rule. Only raise the price if the girl is actually popular btw.

By the way, corgs have done this pricing for decades but know it has a huge drawback. A girl cannot do premium pricing very long, usually days or weeks. Days or weeks. Then they get rid of her. Even Freesia and Daisy will turn slow if they have a long tour like Jenny. I know this for a fact. But as further proof, every single corg considers this basic common sense! Don't reinvent the wheel. Know that premium pricing only works short-term. I also know the next step in this chess game, but I won't explain the move until it happens. Don't copy corgs too hard, you run into the same problems. Lower prices make more money for 90% of girls btw.

The reason I spelled out the best strategy in detail is it's the only stable strategy. I don't want chaos over the next few weeks and months, or what happened with SBC to repeat. "Random high prices on unknown girls" is not a stable strategy. The best strategy is "a few proven girls that are much better get higher rates". No one else.
