Yes and I want to add that corgs rely on exclusive limited-tour pricing. They want you to do 30 minutes instead of 60, but they are also charging more than korgs for exclusivity and convenience. So it's not even a race issue but a local vs tourist issue (I. E. Cultural gap leading to problems). But speaking some Japanese goes a long way, and things have changed the last few years. On recent visits I could get into places that were "Japanese only" in the past, they just want to know you won't cause trouble and can follow the rules, can communicate at a basic minimum.
