Just generally speaking GFE are going to be better for you if you are worried about that. There are no guarantees with bbbj but is much lower risk than bbfs and I did it for decades no problem, whereas bbfs is a matter of time until you get something bacterial.

So last post got me thinking. Does everyone feel these latina providers are just as clefan as their kgirl counterparts? I only do BBBJ and not BBFS. Has anybody ever had issues before with these agencies?

There are no guarantees with bbbj but is lower risk than bbfs and I did it for decades no problem, all tests negative and no symptoms. But mild bacteria can be asymptomatic, so treatment "just in case" is an option. For that I use Callondoc, there are many similar telehealth where it is fast and they will send a prescription to your pharmacy so it is top shelf product you get.

Whereas with bbfs it's more likely, and after enough time you may get something bacterial. Usually mild or asymptomatic and not the serious ones that STD tests look for - so the doctors won't even treat it unless you have clear symptoms. They are considered almost harmless but it is a tell if you later start a new long-term relationship since what is asymptomatic for you may cause long-term irritation for another person. I've told before about going to TJ no problem, except one girl offered bbfs and years later passing a bacterial NGU onto my next girlfriend. I was asymptomatic but she got very sick. We had to both get treated with antibacterials at the same time so we wouldn't pass it between us again, and she switched to cfs with me after that just for peace of mind. So these days if I wander into bbfs I get treated when I quit.

NGU = Nongonococcal Urethritis = anything other than gonorrhea (which is painful and usually not asymptomatic). Generally one of dozens of bacteria that can cause irritation. Most have no medical name but they all die to the right antibacterial. With Callondoc you ask for the 3-combo treatment.

I got a request from a friend for info about discreet treatment options. If it's bacterial, you can use Callondoc which is a fast telehealth site. They will evaluate you with questions and if necessary send a prescription to Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, etc. Whatever you choose. Those pharmacies will then dispense the medicine, so you are getting top shelf product. Let's say $3-$15 for the antibiotics, $60 for the telehealth. Callondoc is about 60 minutes (15 minutes if you expedite), your pharmacist it depends of course.

Bacterial UTIs are common, and some of the milder ones don't show up on STD tests but can still be passed on to future partners. This can be a dilemma, especially if you don't want to be treated by the family doctor or get a bill in the mail. For every bacteria besides Gonorrhea, the medical term is NGU. The problem with NGUs is you can have them without knowing it (asymptomatic), but pass it onto a partner who then has symptoms. We all know this from Covid, where some people didn't know they had it but could infect others who then got sick. You can see then why treatment matters even if you have no symptoms. There are dozens of bacteria that cause NGU, Trichomoniasis is the most common. Almost none of them are tested for in STD tests. But if your partner gets it, you and her will pass it back and forth until both of you simultaneously get treated with antibiotics.

On the Callondoc website, click the STD tab and select the Trich, Chlamydia, Ghonorrhea treatment. It's $60. You fill out your personal info, keeping in mind the law is strict that medical info is private. Some of the questions you have to think about, so I'll just give a theoretical example. You are there for treatment. They'll ask if you have an STD, you can say unsure but have symptoms. You can decline lab tests. You had unprotected sex. A month ago or more. Yes you had sex with someone infected. You had oral and vaginal sex (click anal too if you like). You had sex with multiple partners. If you have symptoms, it makes it easier so click yes. The most common symptoms are burning urination and genital discharge, up to you to say. If you aren't allergic to antibiotics, say so. Confirm that you understand Callondoc can only send pill antibacterial, not the more powerful shot (pills are 98% effective). For pill antibiotics, there are two combos, I would choose the recommended one to maximize effectiveness. You can refuse further tests, saying you'll do it yourself. Some more questions, then finally you can tell them you'll see your own doctor for follow-ups as needed. Then you pay.

This treatment will take care of bacterial STDs. The mildest ones are common and fall under NGU, the most common being Trichomonas. There is no test for most NGUs and never will be, so testing will not help here only treatment. Especially if you plan to start dating a new girl seriously, or it's been a while.

The SD County health clinic will do testing for the more serious STDs not covered by antibacterials, it's free and you pay $40 cash with no bills. The OC health clinic is free last I checked. About the SD Central Health Public Center location - I park at trolley parking across the street. I was greeted by 12 security guards all staring at me to check if I'm a homeless vagrant. To their relief I'm not. They have me step through the metal detector. To the left and up the stairs. The actual clinic serves all people and there are 3 counters. Counter #3 is a bit hidden and that is the checkin / line for STDs. I always try to show up 9 am if they open 9 am. I tell the lady I'm there for std testing, she explains a few things and confirms my info, and I fill out forms. It's $40. If I test positive they will call me, or as a last resort mail me.

Note that the STD tests test for the more serious ones. NGUs are so mild and varied that there is no STD test for them. So I will consistently test negative on my STD tests but still get antibacterial treatment periodically. If you have mild symptoms, self-treatment works best since doctors may not treat them without clear symptoms if you visit them. If you have very serious symptoms, see urgent care or your doctor. There is always a very remote chance of complications in case of extreme inflammation / pain, it's rare but just in case. Take the Gardasil 9 vaccine if you are under 45, OC and SD clinics will offer it. Hep B as next priority.
