Do you know this for sure? I don't see why Miranee couldn't work with other house owners. I think there are more than one owner in SoCal. Only Miranee knows why Miranee only books with CGLA. I went and saw her after reading the reviews post my throw in about Jiyoung. I can confirm she's really good and maybe even got the edge on Jiyoung for the time being. Phoebe's got it going on!
