Here's how I like to think about it. If you own an authorized Mercedes Benz dealership in Pasadena, you don't want any other MB dealerships opening up in your territory. It's in the contract with MB corporate: No other MB dealerships allowed within a certain square-mile area. So if you want to sell brand-new luxury cars in that same area, you have to select a different brand. BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc.

Thus, when Ina goes from Sesang to Candygirl in LA, Sesang doesn't want her using the brand name "Ina" because they feel like it belongs to them. It's part of their franchise. Whereas, if Ina goes to New York, it's fine because she's not operating in direct competition. Makes perfect sense, from a business point of view.

I went and saw her after reading the reviews post my throw in about Jiyoung. I can confirm she's really good and maybe even got the edge on Jiyoung for the time being. Phoebe's got it going on!
