This is partially why they also didn't operate at night. It's less suspicious to see random people walking around during the day when there's large foot traffic from contractors, deliveries, and others versus the random person walking around with their phone out in the hallway trying to find the unit at 3 am.

Yet if they operated in Illinois they would probably still be open, plenty of long running businesses in Illinois area of the St. Louis Metro. Strip club brothels, black / white girl massage, Kgilf massage etc. Clearly you can operate in this city just in Illinois.

I agree with you. I don't think it had anything to do with the complex if that was the case, they would've just moved to another location.

Lilia had an apartment in University City. The neighbors complained about the visitors. No issues in the Grove.

Eden was in a newer building in the CWE. Many cameras and street parking. No issues.

I stopped by Jasmine on Chippewa yesterday. The front ledge had a collection of baby water bottles.

You are somewhat correct, in Chicago the Korean agency uses 1 br apartments (2 br double the "traffic" in and out).
