I wouldn't say that it should always be the assumption. There are girls out there that do BBFS but no CIP. Most of the time the girl will be proactive and let you know, a simple "outside" should be clear enough. However, don't assume. You can always clarify with the booker or girl beforehand if her menu isn't listed or CIP is not listed or explicitly stated.
