Pro tip if you search a shop and find it on Yoasobi-heaven, it means it's "foreigner okay". It's basically the foreigner portal of shops normally found on cityheaven (which is IP locked to Japan). Blenda_tanikyu is in Osaka, open 24 hours (but each individual girl has hours), and it's delivery health (DH).
