Yup, I will confirm this. Can't go wrong with DTLA Sugar. She is gorgeous, highly skilled, and lots of fun. Nice way to spend an hour. Also, her English is just about perfect. Yes, scary, but Download X is correct. We've seen this movie many times before. It sucks because it likely means Sawtelle is going out of business (for our purposes). Once management decides they want the girls out, the girls will have to leave eventually. It's very easy to know which apartments are engaging in this activity. No doubt, management has known all along. They just tolerated it because the k-orgs pay the rent on time. But when other residents start complaining, or a new management company comes in, that often results in mass evictions.

To my knowledge, the k-orgs never returned to that location. The place became off limits because everyone knew management would no longer tolerate it.
Bummer for us, but you can understand why a legitimate company might decide to limit the risk associated with an illegal franchise operating on their property. Especially at a time when housing is in short supply and rents are at all-time highs, they don't really need to take that risk. Those apartments will be rented to other people immediately, probably at a higher rent than the k-orgs were paying. For management, it's a win-win situation to kick them out.

Browsed through and I'm having a case of the Mandela effect with where I swear the bottom line was increased with Holly but she was listed at $340. Found myself reminiscing about her and the good times so I said fuck it for a quick $280. Literal blow and go and I kinda wish I did the hour afterwards. The location has been an institution in LA KGirls scene since mid / late 2000's. Proximity to two major freeways, abundant parking, and relatively safe area. Too many houses got in and eventually shit hit the fan. Now orgs have to find alternative locations in the west side. Perhaps to PV, MDR, or CC. I hate Ktwon with bad parking and homeless camps.

It was my reply to your post "Stop waiting outside the doors" which I've seen myself too often. Here is the only way to fix these bad habits: If anyone sees another customer approach your unit too soon, tell the booker. No blame, we all make mistakes, but the booker should inform the person of the rule for next time. Bookers, if you don't enforce this rule it's just going to happen again next week. I mean, it has literally not been even 6 days since the last reminder and now this. If someone has to be warned twice, ban him. You don't want him, he will kill the golden goose. The OG korgs I use would never allow this. Please copy them.
Of course the landlord doesn't want the police to be involved if possible, they want the shop to leave quietly so they can rent to future tenants. But if they have to, they'll first threaten to call the police as leverage. If that doesn't work, they keep at it. The process can take a long time so if it's real bad neighbors get pissed and join in. The normal result is voluntary eviction.
There was a corg in SD where the police would show up and ask them to please stop bothering the neighbors (see example 4 in link). Months later, a woman died so police had to investigate again but it was an OD so not foul play. They then let the corg guys go in exchange for borrowing the house to run stings for a week, since they were there for the dead woman and not about the corg. Hence news reported "police had been to this location before". That corg has set up just 10 minutes away and is still running to this day! Here is a recent report saying it's still 90% old women, business as usual:

What I'm saying here is all 99% of people want is to not be bothered where they live. If you don't bother them, nobody complains. They are calling the cops over bed noise, foot traffic, people loitering, loud knocking. By the way, at some SD korgs they strictly say don't knock. Never once did in 10 years. So I was surprised this year visiting OC, people just knock and girls expect it. I suppose the problem is even if you knock quietly, another guy will not.
About loitering, I chalked it up to the multi-booker system where bookers care more about customer service but don't enforce rules strictly. Please, make customers follow discretion rules. Call them out. That's what the SD korg I used always did and why I know the rules. The only times they were ever rude to me were over following safety procedures. I've since made 3 PSAs about not loitering, as well as texting the booker that the customer after me is at the unit, watching me exit with his phone in his hand. Please.
Next, girls need to please stop talking until the door closes, I know they want to give good service and say hi but it used to be 100% of girls followed this rule of silence. Now it's maybe 40%. Why. I have literally had the girl's own next door neighbor pass by and hear her say hi, it's going to happen again.
On the bright side, corgs are much worse about safety and still somehow survive. I specifically warned against SugarAsian which was even worse than the average corg on 10-15-24:

My complaints were about the SD location which was in a cheap neighborhood, so police just asked nicely but left each time. But at the Irvine branch of Sugarasian, they bothered rich white neighbors so instead police got a warrant and detained the two corg staff. The women were treated as victims and let go, given pamphlets in case they wanted to reach out for help. The impetus of my PSA was just a month earlier in Arcadia, 7 corgs were raided for dealing drugs. So look at it from the neighbor's POV:
Corgs insist on running out of a house so everyone can see your door open and close. BTW Arcadia and Irvine are beyond million dollar house territory. Let's say you pay $1.5M for your house to send your kids to school, and your neighbor is OPEN TIL MIDNIGHT. Having naughty fun even after you kiss your kids good night. Which one of you is stupid? You are if you don't call the cops.
This is what I really meant every time in OC I said certain korgs were safer. Korgs should pick a proper unit, strictly enforce safety procedures, treat the girls well, and don't start dumb drama with customers. About such dumb drama, twice recently korgs threatened to dox customers over reviews. Don't do that, you will destroy your korg by showing you are not safe, and I wrote a PSA explaining that last week. They know it's a threat they can never possibly carry out, they have way more to lose. That language is not how you get customers to be discreet, by antagonizing rather than serving them. We all need to cooperate instead.
To review, what the girls need to do is not talk while the door is open and check the peephole. What customers need to do is not approach until you get a unit number confirmation, even if you know the unit. Normal people don't wander hallways back and forth. If you have to, hang out in a completely unrelated building or floor. Report to the booker when people are not being safe, no blame, but the booker just need to warn them the first time.
