All of these available grants provided more than $30 k per release, and some of them had as many as 15 available releases. This means that it funds 15 separate stings. Basically every phony baloney family values organization in the Carolinas has taken up collections to pay for stings. That money has never been available to these agencies before, and of course they can combine funding sources for bigger operations. The biggest issue, however is the fact that three full HSI Teams are now operating in NC. Even California only has one, with their larger pop and geography. Each one of these has over 100 dedicated federal agents. In most situations they will split the teams into 3 or 4 smaller units that try to set people up in different areas. Those teams were previously aimed at Pimps and Providers, and they are now mostly aimed at Mongers for reverse stings in this state now. Because these are federal ops, they have pre-allocated funding from our Rich Uncle.

This is game-changing information. Wow. WTF. Some Nazi shit going on. Nobody on this forum has ever promoted trafficking or any underage activities. I hope you're right. However, they are going to be more sophisticated than before. What you have to understand is that Homeland Security has setup shop here. This is not just some fly by night operation. Providers will be incentivized to help LEO. Essentially, you can't put full trust into any provider. Just a point of clarification on the way the law works in NC, so that you guys can stay safe and not be led astray by a false sense of security. You do not need to send anyone money for solicitation charges. You don't even really need to make a deal or offer. They need to show INTENT only in NC. That means that they can just prove that you viewed an ad selling illegal services, you contacted the 'provider' and showed up, or withdrew $ from an ATM. So, if a provider mentions any illegal services in a text. Bail. Do not refer to her in the text by her call name, that shows you are responding to the decoy ad. Similarly, never mention that you saw her ad. If she says, bring condoms, a pack of smokes or the drink she wants. Do not. If she asks you what car you're driving or where you parked in the parking lot. Bail. The law in NC works like the pedo laws. They can do virtually all the talking and offering, and all you have to do is show up to be charged. They can bust you in a hotel parking lot without you ever coming face to face with a decoy. STG will be ground zero, they've already been working it in the past few weeks. IMO, the most dangerous situation is if they steal the ad content for a well known provider but include a new Telephone # to feed you to LEO comms. Stay safe out there.
