I believe that of all the days for traffic - and I mean all 365 days you could pick - the day before Thanksgiving is the worst possible. Many people have perfect records, but if a provider or agency has hundreds of network ratings it's normal to have a few bad ones. I think 98% positive is a reasonable standard, though 100% are plenty too. Look at the most recent network being all positive, that helps confirm the profile hasn't been compromised. Which is rare.
