Glendale is a fine community but PW Rd has the motels. Local LE watch's them pretty closely. Similar situation in Oak Creek.

There was a time when I used Glendale motels exclusively. It was the closest I could get to Milwaukee and the loops. They were reasonably priced and not too far away. I didn't want to spend a lot on a room for a SW. They were decent rooms and I could check into them without the walk of shame but they were often used for the hobby. This was back before STG's.

Subject to input from others but, from what I've seen over the years, certain suburbs are less tolerant of our hobby than others. Glendale and Oak Creek are two that I'm aware of.
