Correct, NordVPN will work. Note that some shops on cityheaven have an English website. So cityheaven has what I think is an affiliated website that will list the English sites in similar format:

As noted, shops in this list are foreigner friendly (they are being advertised here in English, Chinese, and Korean at Yoasobi). Notice every shop has a specialty / theme in order to compete in their own space.
