I have studied this issue very carefully. There is a huge overlap in girl quality for bb special versus bb upcharge. Meaning some of the best girls I've ever had were bb special for 320. Allie being the best example, she is a solid Tier 1 girl. Beautiful girl with great service, even a bit sassy. Bona and Jenny as well.

Other people have had better experiences with upcharge girls. Two of my favorite girls right now are upcharge girls at 350 + 100.
