All the incalls are pretty much sandwiched around a general area in Orange County so distance and travel time shouldn't be too much of a consideration no matter which you choose. You can expect that it'll take you 20-30 minutes each way if you have your own car.

I think first off would be to ask if Tastes of Seoul in NC if they can hook you up with any of the local agencies here. That would be the easiest method.
