It's not even amusing anymore that they constantly trying to bait and switch us.

Last week it was Alice / Amy, and now they claimed Katy as Kitty and as new arrival LOL.

What really gets me mad and irritated is when I am told yes you have an appointment with a certain lady and then they apparently do not write it down and schedule it and when you confirm hours before they tell you "she is busy" and you remind them you scheduled the appointment two days ahead. Then their way to deal with it is to say okay come on at which point they plan to bait and switch you which has been done to me many times.
