But you'll notice the site is all about registering, building rep on the site, and being a one-stop shop for corgs. Imagine if HX directly let you book girls through the site playing the role of booker. That's safey issue #1 to me. I knew the Albertine location was trouble months before the incident - they operated out of a house where dozens of neighbors and kids see the action. People parking and entering without even an appointment. Anyone can just show up and come on in! Safety issue #2. The SD location in particular was doing B+S telling guys the girl offered BBFS when she did not, putting the guy in a room with her and letting her with limited English solve the problem. Huge safety issue #3. There's more safety red flags but I won't bore you. Months later one of the girls is found dead, the corg staff detained by police then released. LE ran a sting out of the Albertine location while the corg moved locations 10 minutes away.

I know how corgs run, they will try anything until caught and then try again a little more cautiously. Cutting corners until they fail. Two months ago SEVEN corg locations were busted simultaneously in Arcadia because they decided why not sell drugs out of their brothels.

I'm not against anyone doing what they think best, just hope people have general awareness upfront. The more choices we have the less attention any one place gets, after all. There's a reason why so many Chinese people in OC use korgs instead. Corgs are mainly for FOBs that can't get into korgs. I get that, they aren't all bad. If it suits your needs, feel free to go. They definitely offer cheap rates for the 20 or 30 minute sessions.

I remember texting them from a RR ad before and getting the Albertine address, then fast forward a couple months, I see the news. If you visit the Get9 / SKP / SAG location with lockbox, there are multiple guest parking spots near the end. Look for the words painted 'guest' on the ground. One is often open, worst case you park at the mall and walk a few extra minutes. If it's your very first time to this location, street name starting P, get there early. The lockbox is old, use a camera and take pictures if you have trouble seeing it. You should return the key but if you plan to visit soon, copy the Key at Ace and put the original back. An extra or two if you like, make sure it's the original since copies of copies eventually go bad. There are two elevator rooms the key opens. Straight ahead to the center and look left is one (not obvious), or follow wall on left is the other (obvious but further). It can take a while, book 60 minutes and don't stress over it.

The other location may be familiar. Worst case, at normal hours cars will go in and out of the car gate. The gate opens very slowly, pauses some time, then closes very slowly. Normally the car has turned the corner and is out of sight long before the gate even fully opens. Just walk through and find the elevator room. This place you get weak reception at the center of the garage. But if you make it past the car gate to the elevator room, any time you are near the edge of the garage you get good reception. So you can potentially pass the gate if you are still waiting for conformation. This tip works for 2 agencies. Watch out for dead cell phone coverage at this location in particular.

Do not simply go to the hallway and pace around and bump shoulders with people leaving. It looks so weird with a random guy exiting and another guy looking at the door when he has not been told to come yet. Two people of completely opposite ages, races, and styles interested both ways on a door. Certainly the weirdest thing I've ever seen. I am not talking about just one agency, I've seen that multiple times this year. No blame or judgement, we're in the same boat and want the same thing, to be happy and at peace. 2 minutes is not worth the problems this causes. You could try to get to the right floor and just hang out in common areas. I've been told this rule and it makes the most sense. Even if you know the apartment number, never approach it as-if until you get confirmation. Or you will often cause problems both ways. We want good neighbors and that means not to bother them.

For example, several times the leasing office or repair was in the area anyways. Don't show them something super weird.

Try another agency first. SDAG is not beginner friendly. I remember their OC handle on HX used to say "not newbie friendly". SDAG is mostly long-time regulars, lots of people going for 10+ years. Nobody causes problems, the girls feel safe and focus all on taking care of us. Probably why they are the lowest rate for GFE with msog included.

If they're going to let a new guy in, he's got to meet a high standard. You need 2 references to get in, the easiest way is through HX. I have never had a problem with them for 12 years. They do offer the most girls but if you are just starting out, try the other agencies. I listed all the Asian ones out in other posts.

When I first tried to screen with SDAG, they ignored me too. I had to get references before I got in. In retrospect, that was a good thing.

The corg won't do anything about him. So now you know why jgirls are counting money upfront, they share every story by LINE. Another guy beats girls, the corg won't do anything about him after the session. There's a simple reason why the corg cannot afford to ban their customers. They are completely exposed and at the mercy of everyone's goodwill. They can't move. Everyone knows where it is. Anyone who knows the place can just walk right in with zero screening and appointment.

A korg would ban you and just not open the door, you need an appointment. Corgs can't since everybody can just show up. A korg will up and change locations if it has to, it's not fun but way easier than a corg with 4-6 girls and a house.

The SD Albertine house was crazy because they were doing "just show up" with everyone, not just FOB Chinese. Misses the whole point - FOBs don't need screening because they are never going to be LE, rarely hardened criminals, they'll be locals that somebody is going to recognize if there's a problem.
