#6 is really great advice for 1st timers. Some agencies are easier to screen, especially the newer ones without regulars. Then gradually use that to get into others. I've written this a number of times I think. But if you want to play BBFS:

I can't speak for every agency but I've had agencies forget me when I haven't used them in years. If only they did store that info better.
