As I continue to see old favorites and new providers on my visit here, I dreamed I went down to Fredericksburg to see Lily at Cici Oriental. While a little bit further south out of what is normally considered NoVa, it's not a ridiculously far distance and I'd recommend for anyone heading down that direction. Lily is a very pretty late 20's, early 30's Chinese provider and although she doesn't do FS, I've had better experiences with her Russian finish than I've had with some FS providers. Last year a wrote a review with the exact same title but that Cutie turned out to be a wicked sour puss. See review #25690. I have a lot of history at this "no name Chinese spa"; only an open massage sign now hangs from the 2nd floor window. Back in 2019 I was a frequent visitor.
