As I continue to see old favorites and new providers on my visit here, I dreamed I went down to Fredericksburg to see Lily at Cici Oriental. While a little bit further south out of what is normally considered NoVa, it's not a ridiculously far distance and I'd recommend for anyone heading down that direction. Lily is a very pretty late 20's, early 30's Chinese provider and although she doesn't do FS, I've had better experiences with her Russian finish than I've had with some FS providers.
