God, I'm almost embarrassed to discuss the cost. I was a duo, outcall, 1 hour, uncovered. It set me back 13 Benjies. I've never asked for any fetish stuff from these providers, but I would be willing to bet they have all been asked about various fetishes, particularly the foot thing.
